About Sydney

Born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky, Sydney has practically been singing from the time she could talk. She has been performing on stage since she was just 12 years old. Soon after, at the age of 15 she began writing her own songs.

Sydney has been hard at work, keeping a full touring schedule where she’s opened for names like Ricky Skaggs, Lonestar, Deanne Carter, Tracey Lawerence, Ward Davis, Sunny Sweeney, and Kylie Frey just to name a few.

With her traditional songwriting, sweetheart demeanor, powerhouse vocals, and dynamic stage presence, Sydney has the respect and love of most anyone who has the privilege to watch her perform.

Sydney released her first EP “Always Home to Me” in 2019. She dropped a single titled “It Never Was” in 2021. Most recently Sydney released her newest 5 track EP titled “A Lot Like You”. With four originals and a cover track, this one is sure to be your new favorite album. She is about to release her next single in early Spring of 2023. All of these songs can be downloaded and streamed on most any platform. Sydney was named “Kentucky Music Hall of Fame’s Artists in Residence for 2022. She was also named one of Kentucky’s Top 10 Country Artists by Matt Wickstrom Journalist. Matt stated “a powerhouse voice that no doubt deserves a shot on some of Nashville’s (and elsewhere’s) biggest stages.

I have been staying extremely busy performing across Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio, and West Virginia. If you would like to see me perform in your area, send me an email!

My Sophomore EP, "A Lot Like You," can be found on all streaming platforms, and/or you can purchase a physical copy from the shop page.
